Unfortunately, the initial deposit for painting parties, kits, & customized paintings is non-refundable. The deposit absorbs the cost of materials to create & plan your event/masterpiece. Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable as well.
